Hope for the Blind Development Centre (HBDC) is a Kenyan non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering individuals who are blind or have low vision. Established to address the unique challenges faced by the visually impaired community, HBDC offers comprehensive rehabilitation and training services to enhance independence and quality of life.
